El acto se cumplió en el salón Augusto Espinosa Valderrama de la Gobernación de Santander. El encuentro contó con la presencia de congresistas y representantes de los diferentes estamentos de la sociedad.
El proyecto normativo remplazará el actual Código Nacional de Policia e introduce importantes cambios en los que comprimete directamnente la acción ciudadana, aplicando sanciones para los infractores del diario transcurrir social.
