Con la asistencia a conferencias de tipo ambiental, dictadas por la Inspección de Salud y Aseo, adscrita la Secretaría de Gobierno, fueron sancionados 152 infractores del Comparendo Ambiental, durante los meses de enero y febrero del presente año.
Así lo confirmó el Secretario de Gobierno, Fernando Humberto Serrano Munar, quien sostuvo que a la fecha solo hay una situación de reincidencia y es el de “un colegio ubicado en el sector de Campo Hermoso, cuyos directivos deberán cumplir labores de trabajo social por votar escombros en la vía pública, de manera reiterativa”.
El funcionario confirmó que el trabajo social consiste en limpiar cañadas, barrer parques o colegios y asear plazas de mercado y que el incumplimiento conllevará a sanciones pecuniarias, las cuales, para personas jurídicas, se establecieron entre 1 y 20 salarios mínimos legales. Argumentó que la mayoría de las personas, que a la fecha han infringido la norma, son de bajos recursos.
“Cada día la Secretaría se viene instruyendo con el ánimo de perfeccionar y consolidar el procedimiento de manera organizada, además de la sistematización en la ejecución del Comparendo Ambiental”, dijo.
