Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, procurador general de la Nación, ordenó ayer abrir una investigación preliminar en contra del senador Iván Moreno Rojas por su presunta relación en la petición de comisiones para la adjudicación de licitaciones de obras públicas.
El Ministerio Público buscará esclarecer si el Senador incurrió o no en el posible incumplimiento de los procesos de selección objetiva previstos para la escogencia de contratistas y la presunta interferencia indebida en los trámites contractuales.
Por su parte, la Fiscalía General de la Nación llamó a interrogatorio al alcalde mayor de Bogotá, Samuel Moreno Rojas, y a otros 17 funcionarios de la administración distrital por las presuntas irregularidades en la contratación en la ciudad. LEER MÁS
